By accessing or using our services, mockups, customizer engines, or placing an order with Decalwolf, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
All custom vehicle wraps, decals, and graphics require customer approval of design proofs before production begins. Once a design proof is approved in writing, any subsequent modifications may incur additional design or material fees.
We guarantee our vinyl installation work for a period of two (2) years against premature lifting, bubbling, or peeling at seams and edges. This warranty applies solely to wraps installed by authorized Decalwolf technicians on OEM-paint vehicles in good condition.
CRITICAL VOID CONDITION: Mechanical drive-through car washes using automated spinning brushes will completely VOID this installation warranty. Mechanical brushes exert excessive friction that can snag vinyl seams and scratch the laminate protective layer. Hand-washing or touchless pressure wash only is permitted.
Decalwolf is not liable for paint damage occurring during the removal of vinyl wraps from non-OEM paint, pre-damaged paint layers, or re-painted panels. Customers are responsible for verifying their vehicle's paint integrity prior to installation.
